摘要
采用５％新洁尔灭羊膜腔注射，对家兔及人终止中期妊娠进行研究，用（１２５）Ｉ放射免疫法测定注药前及临产后血和羊水中雌二醇（Ｅ２）、雌三醇（Ｅ３）、孕酮（Ｐ）值，发现羊水中Ｅ２、Ｅ３水平明显上升，Ｐ值相对减少。探讨了新洁尔灭终止中期妊娠最本质的机理是蜕膜组织活化，导致激素水平改变。认为新洁尔灭引产是目前终止中期妊娠较理想的药物。
Estradiol(E_2),estriol(E)and progesterone(P)were measured in the serum and amniotic fluid by radio - immunoassay in cases of rabbit and human of mid - trimester labor induced with bromo-geramine,both before or during term labor.the results showed:(1)E_2 and E_3 flound in amniotic fluid raised but P in aminiotic fluid descented.(2)It is concluded that the mechanism of the mid-trimester abortion induced with bromo-geramine involves changes of cell in sloughed member.
