摘要
用鸡败血霉形体（Ｍｙｃｏｐｌａｓｍａｇａｌｌｉｓｅｐｔｉｃｕｍ）ＫＰＦ２１株对半月龄无特定病原体雏鸡进行人工接种，分别于接种后５、１２、１９、２６、３３天进行禽败血霉形体血清平板凝集试验，尸体剖检及免疫器官病理组织学和心微病理形态学观察。超微病理形态学观察主要表现为法氏囊、胸脾、脾脏、及哈德氏腺中淋巴细胞核形不规则，线粒体肿胀，空泡变性，内质网扩张，浆细胞中粗面内质网扩张，数目增多，部分脱颗粒，由于这些变化的发生，使细胞的正常功能遭到破坏，导致免疫器官功能发生变化。为禽败血霉形体病免疫学研究提供一定的病理学基础。
Fifteen-old specific-pathogen-free(SPF)chickens experimentally inoculated with Mycoplasma Gallisepticum KPF21 were used.I had MG serum -plate agglutination test,autopsy and ultrastuctural pathologic observation of immune system.The observation of ultrastuctural pathomorphism confirmed the results of histopathological.It was mainly showed that sharp of Iymphocyte's mucleus in bursa of fabricus,thymus spleen and gland of Hardar's was irregular, mitochondria was swelling hydropic degeneration,endoplasmic reticulum was expansive.Though endoplasmic reticulum in plamacyte was expansive also its number increased.These chang made the ordinary function of cell be destroyed,led to the function of immune organs be changed and put the pathologic fundation for the immune researching of Mycoplasma Gallisepticum.
