抗枯宁对西瓜生长及防治枯萎病作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 抗枯宁是一种低毒的杀菌剂,它在防治作物病害的同时,还可为作物补充部分营养元素,保护和促进作物健壮生长。经室内毒力测定,它对西瓜枯萎菌的菌丝生长无明显抑制能力,但对该病原的小孢子具有一定的抑制萌发能力,EC50为318.8ppm,用它浸种后,对西瓜幼苗有明显地促进生长作用,幼苗生根长度明显增加,侧根数目也增多,西瓜幼苗喷洒此药后,植株体内过氧化物酶活性提高,但叶绿素含量没有明显变化。经田间药效试验表明,该药对西瓜枯萎病也具有较好的防治作用。 Kangkuning, one kills of fungicides with low poison can not only control many kinds of plant diseases,but also provifle certain nutrition elements for growth of crops. In order to find out the action behavior of this fungicide to watermelon wilt disease (Fusarium Oxysporium F. SP. Nivcum), during 1991-1992 the toxicity tests, field trial and analyses of some physioloyical index were conducted. The results showed that tills fungicide has no obvious inhibition to the growth of hypha, but could seriously restrain the sprouting of spores, and EC 50 was 318. 8ppm. Seed soaking with this fungicide could promote the growth of seedlings, the main roots of seedling were longer than control and the number of lateral roots increased. Meanwhile the Peroxidese activity in the plant enhanced, but the content of chlorophyll has no change.
