摘要
本文首次报道了粟灰螟(鳞翅目,螟蛾科)的染色体核型。试验采用了压片法、空气干燥法和HSG显带法,研究观察粟灰螟的精巢中精母细胞的减数分裂。结果表明:染色体单倍体数目n=28,同鳞翅目最为普遍的染色体单倍体数目31有差异。形态上呈大小不等的小棒状或点状,有主缢痕,单着丝粒初级着丝粒。核型中第28对染色体疑为性染色体。同已知的螟蛾科中主要农业害虫的染色体作了一些比较。文中还对粟灰螟精母细胞分化为精子过程中各分裂时期进行了简单描述。
In this paper,reports on the karyotypes of the millet stem borer, Chilo infuscatellus Snellen in the first time.Using squash mathod,air-drying technique and HSG-drying method,studied and observed and observed the meiosis of spermatocytes in testes of the 5th-instar larvae including all stages of division in the spermatogenesis,The result is showed as follows:Haploid number counts to be 28 which more different with the hapliod number,n=31,the commonest number in Lepidopteran spedes.The chromosomes,with clublike and dotlike shape of different size,are monoeentromeres i.e.primary centromeres.The 28th Chromosome in karyotypes is assumed to be sex -relation chromosome.Compativated with the other recored Pyralid moth which are frequently pests in agricultural plant.Authors also have briefly described the all stages of meiosis during the development of spermatocytes into mature spermatozoa in the millet stem borer.
