摘要
利用小偃麦与小簇麦杂交育成三属杂种,并着重对其杂种后代结实情况进行研究。结果表明,以中间型小偃麦与小簇麦作为桥梁亲本获得三属杂种的结实率较高,平均为20.5%。F1自交结实率很低,仅0.2%,回交结实率为1.5%;F2自交、回交结实率都较F1有所提高,分别为0.37%、4.6%,F2中有两株全部结实。
Viable trigeneric hybrids were produced by crossing 6x─Ⅱ Aynatriticum with 8x─Agrotriticum. In this paper the cross fertilities of hybrids was mainly studied. The results showed that the mean seed setting of Trigeneric hybrids was 20. 5%. It was biger by using intergeneric hybrids of Triticum aestivum with Agropyron and Haynaldia villosa as bridge parents. The percentage of seed settings of selfcross on F1, backcross with wheat on F1, selfcross on F2, backcross with wheat on F2 were 0. 20%, 0. 34%, 0. 37 %, 4. 66% respectively. The fertility of the two plants among F2 plants was as usual.
