摘要
本文给出了用光学显微镜及扫描电镜研究复合超导材料焊接接头金属组织的结果,分析了接头的金属组织和化学成分与接头的低温电学性能及力学性能的关系。结果表明,金相显微分析可作为一种评判接头质量简便而有效的方法。
Metallurgical microscopes and SEM are employed to investigate metal structure of superconductor joints. Metal structure and chemical composition of joints in relation to low temperature electric-al behauioures are analysed, The result indicates, using micrography to judge joints is a simple and convenient method.
