摘要
对４０例膀胱移行上皮癌间质中的肥大细胞和淋巴细胞进行了光镜与电镜观察。膀胱癌间质中的肥大细胞数量与癌恶性程度相关。恶性程度低者比高者肥大细胞数目明显增多。淋巴细胞反应也高。另外，在各级膀胱癌中，有显著淋巴细胞反应者，肥大细胞均增多，并可见肥大细胞脱颗粒及淋巴细胞结合癌细胞现像。结果提示，肥大细胞与淋巴细胞在抗肿瘤生长的防御机制中，二者有协同作用。

and lymphocytes in the stroma of bladder cancer wereobserved in 40
cases under light and electron microscopies,Thedistribution of the
mast cells was related to the malignant degree ofcarcinoma,In
low-grade bladder cancer,the number of the mast cellswas
significantly higher than those in high-grade one and lymphocytein
filtration was found stronger.Moreover, the number of the mast
cellswasalso increased in those bladder cancer which had marked
lymphocy-te reaction,Degranulation of the mast cells and lymphocytes
being incontact with tumor cells could be seen,It suggested that
there mightexist a synergic action between the mast mast cells and
lymhocytes indefcnsive mechanisms against tumor growth
