本文报道用指引法尿道会师术治疗后尿道断裂２２例。随访１～７年，效果满意，该手术方法无需２次手术，无阳萎、尿失禁等并发症。本文对手术适应症，操作要点作了介绍。

econstruction of ruptured urethra by Bank method was carried out in 22 cases with rupture of posterior urethra。Follow-up was made for 1～7 years in the patients and results were satifactory。The procedure didn’t need another operation or produce,importence and incontinenec,The indi-cation and important points of the tcchni que were discussed。
