低剂量染煤石英尘大鼠支气管肺泡冲洗液磷脂谱的研究

本文采用气管注入法染尘，一次注入２５ｍｇ煤石英尘，观察大鼠ＢＡＬＦ中总磷脂、ＤＰＰＣ．ＰＩ、ＰＳ、Ｓｐｈ和ＬＰＣ含量的动态变化。结果表明，总磷脂、ＤＰＰＣ在染尘后７～１２０天呈上升趋势，Ｓｐｈ、ＰＩ也增加，ＰＳ和ＬＰＣ无明显改变，并对结果进行了讨论。

n the experiment,some of the Wistar rats were filled intratrachea-lly with 25mg coal-silica dust.Changes of the contents of total phos-Pholipid,DPPC,PI,PS,Sph and LPC were observed in rats’bronchoal-veolar lavage fluid(BAIJ),The resuIts showed that there was anincreasing tendency of the Lontents of total phospholipid and DPPCduring 7～120 days after instillition,The contents of Pl and Sph werehigher than those of thcy control groups.There Was no significant incr-easte in the contents of PS and IPC,The results were discussed。
