摘要
本实验研究了大鼠被动吸入香烟主流烟雾对其生长发育的影响，并测定了大鼠血清唾液酸含量。结果表明：吸烟两个月后，吸烟组大鼠的体重及心、肺、肾等脏器的重量均有所下降，大鼠免疫器官（胸腺和脾脏）的重量也下降，大鼠血液Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值下降。吸烟组大鼠血清唾液酸含量高于对照组。说明被动吸烟对大鼠的生长发育、细胞免疫及细胞膜的功能均有严重影响。
Rats were exposed to the thick smoke of cigarettes
for 60 days.The restlts showed that the smoke could cause the loss of
weight ofthe rats.Cigartte smoking could also lead to the abnormal cell
immunityand increased serum sialic acid level of the rats.
