粉煤灰微珠填充PVC树脂的挤出加工中螺杆磨损失重的研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用模拟实际工作条件的自制立式挤出机(其中装有两段组合式螺杆),通过测量螺杆杆头在物料挤出前后重量的变化,比较了粉煤灰微珠粒径和含珠量对螺杆磨损大小的影响,并研究了螺杆材质和表面处理方法抗磨损和抗腐蚀的能力。试验结果表明,考虑到我国目前粉煤灰分选技术水平,用于填充PVC树脂挤出加工的粉煤灰微珠粒径应小于38μm,含珠量应不低于90%;采用45~#钢制造螺杆,表面经渗硼处理,用于上述填充混合物的挤出加工比较现实可行。 This research work utilized a vertical extruder with a two section-assembled screw which was self-made to simulate the practical working condition.Through calculating the weight changes of screw tip before and after feeding the materials, comparison was made of the effect of cenosphere size and sphere content on screw wear, and investigation was made of the abrasive wear resistance and corrosive wear resistance of the screw made of different types of steel and by means of verious surface treatment technology. The tests showed that the cenosphere size to be filled into PVC resin for exeru sion should less than 38μm and the content of sphere should not less than 90% for China's present technology of size classification of cenosphere. It was relatively realistic to take No. 45 steel as the matrix structural material of screw and has the screw surface boronization treated for the extrusion processing of PVC filled with cenosphere.
