螺线流动长度法表征聚烯烃共混物流动性的研究

摘要 本文讨论了用螺线长度法表征热塑性塑料的流动性,考察了注塑工艺条件对螺线流动长度的影响,给出了最大流动长度的概念和确定方法。对于聚烯烃树脂与树脂、树脂与填充母料构成的宏观颗粒混合物,分别采用螺线流动长度法和熔体指数法测定了它们的流动性,并通过误差分析,比较了两种方法所得数据的分散性和精确度。结果表明,螺线流动长度法表征上述混合体系的流动性具有以下特点:测量的条件就是聚合物真实成型加工条件;测量所得数据离散程度小,精确度高。此外,螺线流动长度法也是确定聚合物最佳成型加工工艺条件的有效手段。 The method characterizing fluidity of thermoplastics using spiral flow length(SFL) was studied. Effect of injection technology on SFL was investigated ,and the concept of maximum flow length and its determining method was given. For macroscopic mixcures of pellets made of resins of polyolefin or resins with filler masterbatch, their fluidity was characterized by means of SFL and MI(melt index) respectively. Comparison of dispersity and precision of data obtained by both methods was made. The results indicated that the method of SFL had following advantages: the technology conditions for SFL were same as for practical processing ,the extent of data dispersity was narrow and its precision was high. In addition ,the method of SFL was an effective means to determine optimum technology conditions for Polyolefin processing.
