摘要
本文提出用切口敏感性因子K_s表征材料冲击条件下的切口敏感性,并研究了以PC为基体的共混物PC/Ml的切口敏感性。研究结果表明:Ml含量较低时,Ml能提高PC的冲击强度,但使PC的切口敏感性增加;Ml含量较高时,Ml不仅能够提高PC的冲击强度也可以使PC的切口敏感性降低。
In this paper the factor of notch sensitivity k_s is presented to characterize the notch sensitivity of PC-based blends under impact condition. The notch sensitivity of PC/ Ml blends was studied. When the content of Ml was lower, the impact strength of PC /Ml blends was increased and the notch sensitivity also increased; when the content of M1 was higher, the impact strength was increased while the notch sensitivity decreased.
