摘要 PBT是综合性能优良的工程塑料,目前在我国正处于迅速发展阶段。本文从成型加工角度讨论了树脂的特性粘度、水份含量、玻璃纤维含量及其分布、阻燃剂、成型设备与工艺等关键问题。指出特性粘度对树脂机械性能的影响及其选择范围;注射成型用料的适宜水含量应<0.03%;玻璃纤维和阻燃剂用量对FR-PBT物理机械性能的影响规律以及典型制品的成型加工用设备和工艺参数。 PBT is a good engineering plastics with comprehensive properties, It is developing at a high speed in China. This paper discusses the problems from processing point about intrinsic viscosity of resin, moisture content, glass-fibre content and its distribution, flame retardant, moulding equipment and its techology. And influence of intrinsic viscosity on mechanical properties and selective range are put forward in the paper. Moisture content of<0.03% for injection moulding is favorite. The effect of amount of glassfibre and flame retardant on physical mechanical properties of FR-PBT, moulding processing for typical products and its technical parameters are also studied.
