摘要
受阻胺是70年代后期开发的一类塑料制品用高效光稳定剂,目前发展较快。本研究选择了4种国外产品和9种国内产品进行了人工模拟气候光氧化、大气曝露光氧化和不同配合体系并用等较长周期的比较试验。结果表明:国产GW540对聚乙烯具有最优异的光稳定效能,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长保留率最高;羰基生成量最低;与其它受阻胺配合并用,其光稳定效能提高得并不明显。因此认为在发展和使用受阻胺时单纯追求高分子量未必有益,使用GW540时,不宜按通常作法与其它抗氧剂任意并用。
Hindered amine is a kind of efficient photostabilizing agents for plastics products developed in the late seventies, which is still under the development now. Inthis paper four kinds of products from abroad and nine domestic ones were selected to make longer-term comparison tests of artificial weathering photooxidation, atmospheric exposure photooxidation and compatibility tests of varied photostabilizing agents. The results show that the domestic product of GW 540 has the most excellent photostabilization effect on polyethylene, with the highest tensile strength and retention of breaking elongation; the formation of carbonyl is the lowest; when it is compounded with other kind of hindered amine, photostabilization effect is not obvious. Thus concentrating on the high molecular weight alone is not necessarily profitable in developing and using hindered, amine. When GW 540 is used, it is not suitable to compound it arbitrarily with other antioxidant agents.
