摘要
本文分析了西北电网火电调峰的现状。通过预测1994年汛期西北电网及陕西电网的调峰实例,着重说明,在水电比重大的电网,汛期为了多发水电,减少或避免弃水,对火电要求的调峰能力远大于在纯火电电网。网内水电比重越大,水库调节性能越差,对火电调峰的要求越高。目前西北电网火电机组的调峰性能是根本无法满足汛期全网调峰要求的,故必须与水电共同承担。本文还对当前如何提高西北电网火电调峰能力提出了建议。
This paper analyses present status on peaking operation of thermal power plants inNorthwest China power system. Through the example of forecast of peaking regulation in floodseason of 1994 in Northwest China and Shaanxi power networks,the results show emphaticallythat in order to generate more water power and reduce or even eliminate spill of water,the peak-ing capacity required from thermal power plants in flood season in a power network with largehydropower share of capacity will be even larger than that in network without hydropower share. The larger share of hydropower plants and the poorer regulating performances of reserviors, thelarger peaking capacity required from thermal power plants. Now that in Northwest China powersystem the peaking performances of the existing coal-fired units can′t meet the demands,peakingpower has to be shared with hydropower plants. This paper makes suggestion to improve peakingcapacity of coal-fired units in Northwest China power system as well.
