安康1^#水轮发电机上机架振动原因分析及处理

The Vibration Analvsis for the Upper Bracket of Water-turbine Generator No.1at Ankang Hydropower Station and Improvement

安康１＃上水轮发电机组发电初期上机架振动大，上导瓦温高，发电机上机架千斤顶剪断销曾发生多次损坏。本文根据发电机实际结构和安装过程出现的情况。对１＃水轮发电机上机架振动原因进行了理论分析，采取了措施使机组稳定性得到了明显的改善。

The upper bracket vibration of water-turbine generator No.1 was considered to be ex-ecssive and the temperature of upper guide bearing was higher during the early stage of operation. The shear pin of generator was damaged frequently because of the running instability,Thecauses of upper bracket vibration are analyzed theoretically in accordance with generator structureand installed conditions and the improved measure to ensure governing stability during periods ofoperation was recommended in this paper.
