关于水电厂电量和水量的统一调度问题

The Problems on Unified Dispatching for the Electricity and Water in Hvdroelectric Power Plant

本文论述了水电厂与电网的互相依存关系，论证了电网调度对承担主网调峰和调频任务的水电厂和水电梯级进行直接调度的必要性，文中还讨论了电网、调水、调电要依法实行规范化管理，逐步实现调度的商业化运营以及水调自动化等问题。

This paper discusses the mutual dependent relation between hydroelectric power station and electricpower system,and leads to the conclusion that the dispatching centre of powersystem must directly control the cascade hydroelectric power plant which undertake peaking andfrequency modulation of power system. Also some problems such as legal standard managementfor dispatch of water and electricity,commercial management of dispatching work and automaticcontrol of water dispatching are offered in this article.
