叙述了1990年7月至1993年1月期间中国的星表和天文常数工作。它包括仪器的改进与研制,星表的观测和编算,天文常效、天球参考系的研究,以及其相应的方法与技术.

In this paper the activities of research related to catalogues and astronomical constants in China from July 1990 to January 1993 were described. The research works consist of the improvement and research of imtruments, the observations and compilations of catalogues, the astronomical constants and the celestial reference systema and the methods and technology etc.
