摘要
本文采用四因素五水平的均匀设计试验法合成醋酸香根酯,用微型计算机进行逐步线性回归,得到表明指标和显著因素之间关系的回归方程.仅需五次试验便可得到合成反应的较优化工艺条件。合成醋酸香根酯的原料本文选用香根油,这对于香根油的综合利用,提高其经济效益有重要意义.其合成反应的较优化条件是:香根酯:醋酐:催化剂=1∶1∶0.2,反应温度125±5℃,反应时间60±10mim,转化率可达60~65%.
The uniform design method is applied in vetivenyl acetate synthesis and with satisfactory results.The method is particularly suitable for multi factor and multilevel tests.The regression equation which demonstrates the relation between targets and significant factors can be obtained by stepwise regression with four factors and at five levels on microcomputer,It takes only five tests to obtain rather optimal technological conditions for the synthetic reaction.This paper also presents the conditions suitable for the synthesis of vetivenylo acetate from vetiver oil under which the conversion rate of vetivenol comes to as 60% to 65%:vetivenol:acetic anhydride:catalyst=1:1:0.2reaction temperature 130±5℃reaction time 60±10 min
