摘要
主汽门阀壳是大型汽轮机的关键零件。其内型腔形状复杂，除了有一非圆的盲深孔外，还有一个内球面及一条环形深槽，因此加工难度极大。本文介绍了如何利用一些特殊的工装、刀具在简易的专用机床上加工该内型腔的方法。
Main valve housing is a key part of giant turbines. The housing has a complex cavity,which consists of a noncircular blind deep-hole,an inner sphere and an annuloid groove. So,machining the cavity is quite a task,In the paper we present a method for shaping the cavity with some special toolings on a simple special-purpose machine tool.
