国际通用型人才的条件和构成

Condition and Constitution for a Talented Person of International Purpose

上海发展战略的目标定位已清晰，这就是要在廿一世纪前期把上海建成远东国际经济、金融、贸易中心。它应具备哪些人才条件，已成为众目关注的热，点问题之一．本文在综观分析纽约、伦敦、东京、香港等国际经济金融、贸易中心的人才状况的基础上创造性地提出符合三中心要求的人才是“国际通用型人才”。文章提出了它的基本特点；设计了它的结构；详细分析了其中主体圈人才，辅助圈人才的范围、特征及具体条件；强调了复合型人才是国际通用型人才中最活跃最有生机的力量。文章最后结合上海的实际情况对开发和造就国际通用型人才的途径提出几点看法，供有关决策部门参考。

This paper Suggests that the qualified persennel delnanded by the constit-ution for economics,trading and financial eenter baseson international purpo-se. The basic condition/constitution of a talented person is also sSpecified in this paper.The range,characteristics and Condition for both principal and auxiliary circles of persons are analyzed as well.It Shows that the personnel of compound type is the most vital force.Finally,an approach to develop and bring up these persons is introuced.
