摘要
本文从一个企业工资分配改革方案入手,讨论了工资分配制度与人的经济价值提高的观点,重在说明在市场经济环境中企业的工资分配制度不再是对原来旧工资模式修补,不再是处于某个企业的封闭环境之中,而是立足于人才流动上考虑,完善工资分配制度。
n this paper, the diStribution system of wages and the economic value of personnel are discussed. It is elnphasized that the distribution system of wages of enterprises is no longer to mend the old mold of wages and is no longer in the state of closed environment but pertects the distribution System of wages based on the consideration of qualified personnel’s movement from place to place.
