骨髓活检对急性白血病疗效的评价—67例分析

Assessment of Therapeutic Signifficance of Bone Marrow Biopsy in Acute Leukemias

本文对６７例急性白血病患者的１６７次骨髓活检标本进行观察，发现３６例完全缓解患者中２５例骨髓活检仍有残存幼稚细胞。提示对这些患者必须继续定期化疗；化疗后间质也产生不同程度的改变，且缓解率明显高于间质无改变患者（Ｐ＜０．０５）；骨髓活检和涂片中细胞增生程度基本一致；在完全缓解的３６例中２７例骨髓活检标本结构脂肪再度出现。

Bone marrow biopsies(167 times)were carried out in 67 acute leukemia patients. In 25 of the 36 cases with complete remission, residual leukemic cells were still detectable histopathologically.In cases with residual leukemic cells,the duration of clinical remission was much shorter, suggesting that chemotherapy should by no means bediscontinued in such a situation. In cases of complete remission,the interstitial tissue between the marrow cells was found to have undergone degenerative changes too. And the remission rate in cases showing degenerative changes appeared much longer vs those without such changes. The degrees of proliferation of the leukemic cells serutinized were essentially the same in the bone marrow biopsy and the amear. Strictural fat reappeared in the interstitial tissue in 27 of the 36 cases with complete remission after chemotherapy.
