17例肾癌扩大根治术

Radical Nephrectomy with Retroperitoneal (lymph node) Blok Dissection for Renal Cell Carcinoma──A Report of 17 Cases

我院自１９８３年以来对１７例肾癌患者作了肾癌根治术加后腹膜淋巴结清扫术，其中男９例，女８例，年龄１６～６４岁，平均４５．５岁。肿瘤最小３５ｍｍ×２６ｍｍ×２６ｍｍ，最大１２０ｍｍ×１００ｍｍ×８０ｍｍ，均为单发。术后随访１～９年，１４例健在，１例失访，２例死亡。本文认为对部分条件较好的肾癌患者行肾癌扩大根治术，可提高肾癌患者的生存率和治愈率。

Seventeen cases of renal cell carcinoma have been treated by radical nephrectyomy with block dissection of retroperitoneal lymph node since 1983.The ages of 9 male and 8 female patients ranged from 16-64,averaging 45.5 years.All the cases had solitary tumors,the smallest being 35mm ×26mm ×26mm,the largest 120mm ×100mm ×80mm.Followup study showed that 14 of the patients remained free from recurrence,2 died and the rest one failed to be contacted.Thus,in relatively favorable cases,radical nephrectomy with retrioperitoneal lymph node dissection may improve the survival rate and cure rate.
