加温结合潘生丁增强5－氟脲嘧啶疗效的实验研究

Hyperthermia Combined with DiPyridamole Enhances the Therapeutic Effect of 5 -FU in Vitro

为提高５－氟脲嘧啶疗效，采用ＭＫＮ４５人胃癌细胞株实验研究加温结合潘生丁与５－氟脲嘧啶的协同作用，实验结果表明：单纯加温的抗肿瘤效果不如单独使用５－氟脲嘧啶，潘生丁与５－氟脲嘧啶有协同作用。而加温，潘生丁与５－氟脲嘧啶三者结合的效果最佳。

in order to enhance the cytocidal effect of 5-FU, a combined application of hyperthermia and dipyridamole was used additionally to ase the therapeutic effect to the human gastric cancer cell line MKN45 using H-thymidine incorporation test.
