PTRA治疗肾血管性高血压的疗效观察

Long-Term Results of Percutaneous Transluminal Renal Angioplasty for Renovascular Hypertension

通过对２０例经ＰＴＲＡ治疗的肾动脉狭窄性高血压患者进行长期随访。分析了影响ＰＴＲＡ术远期疗效的有关因素，表明ＰＴＲＡ术对病因为大动脉炎，且两侧肾静脉肾素比值≥１．５者，远期疗效较好。随访３６个月的有效率为８５％，７年的有效率为７２．７％。手术后复发大部发生在术后３６个月。如这一期间血压仍稳定，则远期疗效也较满意。

A long-term follow up observation on 20 patients with renovascular hyper tension treated by percutaneous translumianal angioplasty of renal artery was reported.Results showed a long-term good effect was obtained in patients with aortitis and renal vein ratio ≥1.5. A 36 month follow-up showed 85% of the patients were cured or improved.A 7 year follow-up showed 72.7% were cured or improved. Relapse of PTRA occurred mostly within 36 month.If BP remined well controlled after 36 month,the patients would have a long-term satisfactory effect.
