摘要
本文研究了硒、β-胡罗卜素、维生素C、维生素B124种营养素和有机锗(Ge-132)对人类胃癌细胞(SGC-7901)增殖的影响。结果提示硒对该细胞的增殖有双向作用,浓度高于10μmol/L抑制细胞生长,低于该浓度则刺激细胞生长。β-胡罗卜素浓度在10-4mol/L~10-8mol/L范围内对该细胞生长有明显的抑制作用。有机锗(Ge-132)对胃癌细胞的生长无明显的抑制作用。维生素C在10-4~10-8mol/L浓度范围内对该细胞生长有明显的抑制作用。维生素B12在1~500μg/ml浓度范围内对该细胞生长也有明显的抑制作用。上述结果表明硒、β-胡罗卜素、维生素C、维生素B12对胃癌的防治可能是有益的。
The study was conducted in vitro with human gastric cancer cell line (SGC7901) to determine the effeccts of selenium ,β-carotene,vitamin C,vitamine B12 and Ge-132 on cell proliferation and cellular protein content.Selenium as sodium secenite showed a phasic effect on cancer cell proliferation,ie, a lower concentration of selenium (<10 μm)stinulated the cell growth while a higher one (>10μm) suppressed the cell growth in a dose-dependent manner.β-Carotene, vitamin C and vitamin B12 all inhibited cancer cell growth significantly.While G-132 had no effects on cancer cell growth .These results suggested that a proper use of the nutrients might be beneficial in the prevention of and mingt act as an adjuvant treatment of human gastric cancer.
