摘要 用掺杂法将微量的碱土金属元素Ba、Ca、Mg掺入钼中,按通常的工艺制度加工,研究了Ba、Ca、Mg对其晶粒长大行为的影响。结果表明:在一定的温度下,掺杂元素有明显的抑制晶粒正常长大的作用,其平均晶粒度远较纯钼的小,温度上升到2050℃以后,掺杂元素又反过来促进晶粒的异常长大,并有“岛状晶粒”出现,个别晶粒粗化,最大晶粒达50mm。 The effect of Ba, Ca and Mg on grain growth behavior of the materia 1 is studied by doping molybdenum with these trace alkaline earth metals and processing with conventional techniques. The result shows that doping elemen ts obviously arrest the normal grain growth under certain temperature, result ing in the average grain size of the material much smaller than that of pure mo lybdenum. However, these doping elements accelerate the abnormal gram growth at temperature over 2050℃, resulting the'ilslandlike grains' and some grains coarsening up to 50mm.
