不同热处理HDR双相钢纯化膜的XPS研究

摘要 本文主要用XPS谱仪研究了热处理对HDR双相不锈钢阳极极化与未极化表面钝化膜的影响。发现钝化膜厚度和结构与热处理温度有很大关系。当超过某温度热处理时,钝化膜厚与结构不再发生明显变化。另外在同一温度下,钝化膜厚基本上取决于极化介质。 By using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the authors conducted an investigation into effects of heat treatment on anodic polarized and non-polar ized passive films of HDR duplex stainless steel. It is found that both thickne ss structure of passive films bear a close relation to temperature of heat treat ment. If the temperature of heat treatment exceeds a certain value, both are unchanged. However, the film thickness basically depends on polarization m edia at the same temperature.
