一种新型超塑性钛合金的组织研究

摘要 本文初步研究了Ti-5Al-8Ni,Ti-5Al-8Co各种状态下的组织形貌,力争获得具有细小αTi基体上弥散分布极其细小的金属间化合物(Ti_2Ni,Ti_2Co),使其具有在低温高应变速率下有好的超塑性,并且解决室温的脆性。结果表明,经过形变热处理能达到理想组织。 Preliminary investigation of microstructure in various state of Ti-5Al-8Ni and Ti-5Al-8Co alloy; has been performed in order to obtain intcrmctallic particles dispersed in the fine grained α-Titatiuinrn matrix, therefore the alloys have good superplasticity at relatively low deformation temperatures and high strain rates,and their roon, temperature brittlenoss is improved also.The resuits show that the microstructure with good mechanica properties can be obtained by processing.
