摘要
通过宏观观察和断口的微观分析,确认10.9级M72×4六角头螺栓的断裂是由淬火裂纹引起;淬火裂纹的发生则是设计和生产过程中的失误所致。提出了相应改进措施。
Fracture of 10.9 grade ranked M72 × 4 hexagon headed bolt was confirmed to result from guenching crack by macroscopic observation and microscopic examination of fracture;Quenching cracking was cauesd by the faults in design and production processes. The measures taken to avoid it were put forward in this paper.
