摘要
本文对上海灯泡厂钨钼车间氢气系统进行用能的系统分析,按能损最小和经济效益最好原则提出氢气系统回收净化循环再利用的节能改造优化方案。通过水喷淋净化系统的设计研究表明此方案技术上是可行的。
Systematic analysis of the energy utilization for hydrogem system of the Shanghai Lamp Factory W-Mo workshop has been made in this paper Optimal reform solution cansisting of recycling use of the exhausted hyrzogen after purification is proposed and analized based on the priciple of minimum loss and maximun profit. Through the design study of such water spray purification system for hydrogen, the proposed reform solution proved to be tehnically feasible.
