上海地铁盾构总装工艺的改进探讨

摘要 地铁盾构的安装是一项比较复杂的工程,我们对切口环部套和支承环部套的总装工艺进行了专题研究。根据SMC(上海地铁公司)装配规范和本厂的工艺装备、工艺水平,我们制订了不同于法国的安装工艺,取得了明显的效果。 The general assembly of the earth pressure type shield machines used for Shanghai Metro Line No.1 was a complecated project. For this reason we conducted a monographic study for the general assembly process of the front body and middle body. According to the general assembly code of SMC and by refering to the technological level and existing assembly facilities of the Shipyard we made out a new assembly process which possesses the technology different from that of France, the result proving satisfactory.
