摘要
本文研究了甲基丙烯酸环已酯(CMA)单体的制备与纯化,CMA单体与氯丁橡胶(CR)主链的接枝共聚合反应及产品分析、计算。并对接枝共聚产物(CR-CMA)配制的胶粘剂作了力学性能测试,与氯丁橡胶的甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚物(CR-MMA)配制的胶粘剂比较,剪切强度有较大的接高。
This paper covers the following major problems: the preparation and purification of cyclohexyl methacrylatc (CMA) monomer, the study of graft copolymerization of CMA onto polychloroprcne (CR) backbone, the analysis and calculation of the grafting products, and the measurement of the mechanical properties of adhesive prepared by using grafting products CR-CMA. It has been found that the shear strength of CR-CMA is higher than that of the grafting copolymcr of methyl methacrylatc onto polychloroprence CR-MMA.
