硅整流弧焊电源的微处理机控制

CONTROL OF SILICON RECTIFIABLE WELDING POWER SOURCE BY A MICRO COMPUTER

论述了磁放大器式硅整流弧焊电源的微处理机控制方法。磁放大器直流线圈中的控制电流用微处理机控制进行低频调制,使得弧焊电源的输出电流或输出电压大小和波形可调,增强焊机的适应性,满足焊接工艺的需要。给出了一个用TP-801型单板微计算机控制ZXG-120型硅整流焊机的实例。

This paper discusses a method of microcomputer control for silicon rcctifiablc welding power source with magnctrol. The control current of magnctrol is adjusted by a micro computer so that the size and wacc shape of power source output current or voltage can be easily regulated. Thus the welding source utilization can be raised.This paper also gives an example of ZXG-120 model silicon rccti-fiable welding power source with TP-801 model computer.
