摘要
本文就模糊综合评判如何处理机关部门的考核数据作了尝试。用二级模糊综合评判将考核后的统计数据,通过模糊矩阵的运算,得出较确切的定量评价。由于模糊矩阵的运算较复杂,所以本文还建立了几种常用的数学模型,并设计了框图,编制了通用的BASIC程序,使运算工作简单、准确、可靠。
This article deals with how to use fuzzy mathematic comprehensive evaluation in the data processing for the performance-appraisal in the personnel section and other administrative offices, that is, how to obtain more precise quantativc evaluation through the operation oi fuzzy matrices with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle. As the operation of fuzzy matrices ie relatively complicated, the article has provided some common mathematic models and frameworks as well as a BASIC program so as to make the operation not only simpler but also more reliable and accurate.
