摘要
本文对20钢激光扫描加热过程准稳定温度场应用有限差分方法进行了数值计算。由此出发还估算了相变硬化区的形状和深度等,并讨论了激光加工工艺等参数和材料物理性能对温度场分布的影响。
This paper deals with numerical calculation of quasi-stationary temperatue field in the case of Laser scannirg heating for steel 20 by means of finite difference method. The data obtained are Cmparatively similar to the results of the experiment. Thus, the shape and depth of phf.se transformation hardening can be estimated in view of this model. The paper also discusses the effect of laser processing parametors and physical properies of materials on temperature field.
