醋酸乙烯共聚反应的研究

A Study on Vinyl-acetate Copolymerization

以VAC为原料,丙烯酸类为改性共聚单体,研究了制备醋酸乙烯共聚体的工艺条件。探讨了影响共聚反应的各种因素,确定了较佳的工艺参数。当反应温度为70℃～72℃,反应时间为2h左右时,共聚物的收率为95％左右,粘度为3Pa·s～5Pa·s,固含量为40％左右,pH值为4～5。

The technological conditions for copolymerization of VAC with acrylic acid and its esters have been studied,and its influencing factors for the copolymerization have also been plobed. Experiments have shown that the better technological parameters are;reaction temperature;70℃-72℃ (reaction period:around 2 h. The product yield is about 95%;its viscosity is 3 Pa· s-5Pa · s; the polymer content is about 40%; and the pH of the suspension is 4-5.
