摘要
本文分析了非仅用余弦函数表达活塞环径向压力分布的方式及有关这种表达式的特性.非仅为余弦函数的表达式具有如下优点:在给定P(π)/pm值时,函数的形式十分简单;pmin/pm之值较大,且位置也较为理想;dp(π)/d0≠0.此外,文中还分析了著名的Arnold公式,证明其可转化为更简单而正规的形式,而且它即为文中所指非仅为余弦函数表达式的一个简单特例.通过理论分析与数值计算表明,存在着在特性上较仅为余弦函数表达式更佳的其他一些表达式,它们在生产中具有很大的推广价值.
The expressions of radial pressure distribution on the piston rings with non- cosine function and their characteristics are studied in detail in this paper. It is shown that there are many advantages for such expressions,namely the form of srch expressions is very simple for given p (π)/pm, the value of pmin/pm is higher than that of the general and the position of Pmin is also more satisfactory than that of the general, and the dp (π)/dθ≠0, and so on. Besides,the famous Arnold radial pressure formula for piston rings is analysed in detail. It is demonstrated that it is only a special case of one of the expressions studied in this paper.
