摘要 研究了可自动监测工业排放废水中Cr^(6+)的在线监测仪。采用51系列单片机对流动注射仪(FIA)进行自动控制,以硬件自动检测Cr^(6+)浓度。当Cr^(6+)浓度大于0.4mg/L,小于0.5mg/L时,发生预报警信号;大于0.5mg/L时,发出强报警信号,以提醒工作人员控制废水排放浓度。采用防脉冲干扰平均值滤波法对数据进行处理,可消除采样中的干扰。 A new type of automatic instrument for controlling and detecting the concentration of Cr containing waste water has been developed. The FIA device was controlled by a single slice computer of 51 series and then the concentration of Cr6+ would be detected continuously and automatically by the corresponding hard ware as well. Such a system will get pre-alarm when the concentration of Cr6+ fell to the range from 0.4mg/l to 0.5 mg/1, while the concentration of Cr6+ was greater than 0.5rng/l, the alarm will be enhanced once again in order to notice the operator. A digital filter was applied to the data processing for protecting from pulse interference.
