摘要 采用Ames试验,检测6种国产和进口牌号柴油机排出颗粒物的诱变性。研究发现,6种柴油机排出颗粒物均呈阳性,其颗粒提取物和诱变性之间,存在剂量—反应关系。Ames试验结果,主要引起TA_(98)—S_9的回变菌落数增加,显示受试物中含有移码型直接致突变物质。试验还发现,国产和进口柴油机排出颗粒物的致突变性,在怠速和加速工况下,其诱变活性有一定差异。 Mutagenicity of 6 kinds of extract from diesel engine exhaust particulates were detected by using Ames test. The result indicated that 6 kinds of the sample possessed mutagenicity of TA98 strain. The dose-response relationship existed between the does of diesel exhaust particulates and mutagenicity. Ames test showed that all these exhausts were in TA98 strain in absence of mammalian activation system. These results indicated that organic extracts containing compounds are direct acting and frame-shift mutagens.
