摘要
用乙醚为提取有机相,提取前先经碱化,提取后加酸使苯胺成盐,吹去乙醚,用HPLC法测定苯胺类化合物。方法适用于测定废水中苯胺类化合物。检出限:苯胺3.0ng,邻硝基苯胺0.5ng,对硝基苯胺1.0ng。线性范围:苯胺0.817～13.072μg/ml,邻硝基苯胺0.1464～2.3424μg/ml,对硝基苯胺0.253～4.048μg/ml。精密度(CV);苯胺2.38％,邻硝基苯胺1.09％,对硝基苯胺3.91％。回收率:苯胺107.24％,邻硝基苯胺101.36％,对硝基苯胺95.12％。
Under alkaline condition, using ether as extractant and then acidified to form salt and blew off ether, applying HPLC for determining anilines in wastwater. The detection limits were 3.0 μg/ml, 0.5 μg/ml and 1.0 μg/ml for aniline, p-aniline and o-aniline respectively. The standard curves were linear over the rage of 0.817-13.070 μg/ml for aniline, 0.1464-2.3924 μg/ml for o-aniline, and 0.253-4.048 μg/ml for p-aniline, the precisions and recoveries were: 3.385 and 107.24% for aniline, 1.09% and 101.32% for o-aniline, and 3.91% and 95.12% for p-aniline.
