摘要 论述了高效液相色谱法适于环境样品中分子量大、挥发性低、热稳定性差的有机污染物的分析与分离。参阅了国内外文献,例举了用高效液相色谱法测定环境样品中多环芳烃、酚类、多氯联苯、酞酸酯类、联苯胺类、阴离子和非离子表面活性剂、有机农药等有机污染物的测定条件及分离结果。 Based on the principle and characteristics of HPLC and the character of organic pollutants in environment, application of HPLC for separating and detecting organic pollutants with high molecular weight, low volatility and poor thermal stability has been described, by consulting numerous references, the conditions and results of detecting several pollutants, such as polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols, polychlorodiphenyls, phthalamic esters, benzidines, anionic and nonionic surfactants and organic pesticides were also presented.
