摘要
本文以铸件凝固温度场数值模拟为基础,综合地计入了铸件凝固速度、补缩能力、受阻部位的收缩和铸型的柔度、热膨胀等因素,建立了铸钢件热裂预测的判据.模拟铸件的预测计算结果与实际浇注情况的对照表明。
Hot cracking is one of the main defects in steel casting production,which is ursent to eliminate. In this article,on the basis of mumerical simulation of the thermal field during solidification of steel castings,an approximate prediction criterion of hot cracking of steel castings is presented,in which solidifying speed, feeding and contraction of casting, compliance and thermal expansion of the sand mould are taken into account. Comparison between the prediction results and the sectioned castins show that the criterion can effectively be used to predict whether or not the defects of hot cracking occur in a casting.
