弹性—线性硬化材料硬度的简便计算法

摘要 本文在实现布氏硬度数值解析的基础上,通过对各种弹性一线性硬化材料的硬度解析结果的综合分析,导出了用屈服应力和加工硬化率计算材料硬度的简便公式. The present research proposes a simple and accurate method for hardness calculation.The keypoint of this study is that the influence on hardness by the yield stress and hardening modulus can be considered as being detachable approximately.It makes it easy to induce an empirical correlation between the hardness and the material properties such as the yield stress and hardening modulus.This method was created from the numerical hardness results of many kinds of elastic-linear-hardening materials with their relative hardening moduli ranging from 0.83 to 25.00.Using the present method,we can calculate the Brined hardness with the yield strength and hardening modulus immediately.The calculation error is less than about 6% compared with the accurate numerical results.
