摘要
研究了氮对双联电渣法生产的Cr20Ni80电热合金锻造塑性的影响,指出合金含氟量超过0.030%时使造塑性开始下降,超过0.035%时显著恶化,并对造成锻造塑性下降的原因进行了分析讨论。
The effect of nitrogen on tbe forging plasticity of Ni-Cr alloy produced byDuplex Electric-Slag process was investigated. The study shows: when the Ni-Cr alloy contains nitrogen over 0.03%, the alloy's forging plasticity starts to decrease. When Ni-Cr aIloycontains nitrogen more thau 0.035%, the alloy's forging plasticity decreases significantly. Thereasons causing decrease of the forging plasticity were analysed.
