摘要
简述了影响钢板平直度的因素,即原料热轧卷的板型;支特辑上的新技术;中间辊的作用;工作辊的变化;末架工作辊的区域冷却(点冷却)等。由于最近的新技术开发,可以使轧出的钢板平直度达到±5I的高标准。
Following factors affecting the flatness of cold-rolled stcel sheet are brieflydescribed, i. e., the flatness of hot-rolled coils; new technique on the back-up rolls; the roleof intermediate rolls;variation of the work-rolls; zone cooling (spot-cooling) of the last workroll and etc. Due to the new technique development,it is possible to make the cold-rolled steelsheets with the flatness as high as ±51.
