摘要 1250℃温度下进行了合破铁矿砂压块在空气和保护气氛中的还原试验。结果表明:在本实验条件下还原30min不可能得到理想的金属化率,还原过程中气氛的氧化性强弱及还原后的冷却方式对合破铁矿砂压块的金属化率有重要影旬在保持还原过程的气氛和冷却气氛的条件下,合破铁矿砂压块固定碳配比为12%~14%时,可得到金属化率为60%~70%左右的废钢替代品压块。 ?The reduction of carbon-bearing iron ore sand compacted lump has been studied in both air and protected circumstances at 1250℃. The results indicate that the proper metallization ratio of such lump can not be reached for a period of 30 miniutes reduction. The effect of circumstance characteristic both in the reduction and the cool periods is very important for carbon-bearing iron ore sand compacted lump to obtain a higher metallization ratio.Under condition of reduction atomsphere in the process and lump cool period, thc 6o%~70% metallization ratio of carbon-bearing iron ore sand compacted lump with 12%~14% fixed carbon can be obtained, which is good substitute for electric furnace raw materials.
