摘要
用有机化合物作粘结剂制备复合硅铁炉料的实验研究表明,这种复合炉料工艺简单、强度高、反应性好,其常温和高温比电阻比原传统的块状炉料大。经在冶炼硅铁的电炉上配加40%复合炉料的生产实践,取得了单位节电21.5%,节焦28%的良好效果。
Some organic compounds were used as adhesives for briquetting composite burden smelting FeSi in this experiment. The investigation result shows that it is simple to make this composite burden that posseses high strength and better reactivity, under normal and bigh temperature its resistivity is higher than that of traditional Iump burden. The . better results of saving 21.5% electricity energy and 28% coke were obtained in the production practice of 1800 kVA FeSi electric furnace udding 40% composite burden.
